Payment

Shipping

We only ship to the UK. This includes Northern Ireland but there may be a surcharge. All rates quoted are for mainland UK only. Also note we do not make a profit out of the shipping - it is our actual cost.

Delivery

We ship every weekday. We are open 7 days but unfortunately the couriers are not. We use DHL as our couriers. Even though we pay for a next day service, please appreciate once the goods leave us then it is out of our control. It can sometimes take extra days. As a tip, the best way to get your goods the quickest is have them delivered to a business address. Tracking numbers will ONLY be supplied via e-mail and only on request, please do not ring for tracking numbers.

Refunds & Returns

Buyers are responsible for ALL shipping costs with relation to returns or exchanges. It is an actual cost for us, we don't get it free!! For example, if you would like to change an item to a different size you must return the item to us at your cost with a note explaining and a cheque for the full return postage.

We are open 7 days a week and generally take phone calls between 10am-9pm on 01567 830464. Please remember though we are an Internet based business and e-mails are preferred if possible. Phone calls are for payments or very urgent questions. E-mails are dealt with all day every day and you should get a very quick response.
